Bring compassion to resident care as a casual Health Care Aide, supporting daily living needs and safety with sensitivity. Flexible schedule are available.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager or designate, this Health Care Aide provides physical and personal care according to care plans. The work includes monitoring well-being, documenting activities, supporting medication administration, and responding to emergencies. General housekeeping, laundry, dining service, and recreational activities are also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living according to care plans
- Monitor well-being and report changes to the manager
- Document Activities of Daily Living thoroughly
- Provide emergency first aid until medical care becomes available




- Assist with medication administration after completing required training

Requirements:

- Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program
- Understanding of seniors’ needs and empathy for residents
- Organizational, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Mental and physical ability to perform assigned duties
- Required screening, health testing, and two supervisory references

Support residents through compassionate care, accurate documentation, emergency response, and respectful daily assistance as a Health Care Aide.
