This casual hourly, long-assignment position supports patient and retail food services at Colchester East Hants Health Centre. You may prepare, assemble, portion, and serve meals, nourishments, beverages, and menu items. The work also includes deliveries, tray collection, inventory activities, sanitation, and confirming patient meal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble, portion, and serve patient and visitor meals
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, beverages, and special feedings
- Deliver meals, nourishments, and food supplies
- Collect soiled patient trays and manage inventory




- Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent considered an asset
- Restaurant experience and customer service skills considered assets
- Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively
- Ability to work within accurate expected timeframes
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull frequently
