As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will support Indigo’s store operations and customer-focused mission. You will engage shoppers, curate product collections, and communicate product stories on the sales floor. The position also includes merchandising, inventory, returns, receiving merchandise, and maintaining welcoming stores. This fixed-term contract requires adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn across store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and connect with customers throughout the sales floor
- Curate product collections for individual customers




- Conduct cycle counts and replenish store stock
- Process returns and incoming merchandise
- Use merchandising standards to create appealing stores

Requirements:

- Specialty retail experience preferred, but not required
- Adaptability and flexibility across store responsibilities
- Commitment to exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
