As a Patient Services Specialist, you will welcome patients and support comprehensive eye care. The work includes pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, payments, and eyewear services. Technology proficiency, communication, and adaptability support effective clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
