Use power tools and support homebuilding quality as a Construction Labourer with West Cirque Construction. Work across homes, job sites, and community areas.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Construction Labourer maintains the appearance of homes, job sites, and the community. You will assist with quality control, touch-ups, repairs, minor carpentry, and general site maintenance. The work also includes following building codes and corporate safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with quality control across homes constructed in projects
- Clean and maintain job sites and community areas
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on sub-trade deficiencies
- Assist with minor carpentry throughout homebuilding
- Operate power tools including air nailers and skill saws

Requirements:

- Prior building construction experience is required
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures
- Valuable verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required
