At Waste Control Service, we are seeking a skilled Fabricator to enhance our Coquitlam facility. With a focus on compactors, balers, and metal bins, you will ensure high-quality repairs and maintain operational standards. Your expertise in welding and fabrication will significantly contribute to our waste management operations across the Greater Vancouver region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in office service calls for equipment maintenance
• Fabricate, weld, and modify metal components




• Inspect and repair compactors to ensure functionality
• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical and hydraulic systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• Class 5 License is mandatory
• Welding certification or equivalent experience
• Two years of industry experience preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland
• Strong knowledge of local roadways is a plus
