Keep shared residential spaces clean and secure through detailed cleaning, garbage collection, and suite touch-ups. This role requires reliable mobility across building areas.

The Cleaner maintains entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas. You will also clean vacant suites, support snow removal and touch-up painting, and maintain equipment. Accurate inventory management and resident service are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean residential common areas, entrances, and building facilities
- Clean vacant suites and complete required touch-ups
- Collect interior and exterior garbage
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory accurately

Requirements:

- Two years of cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift eight hours
- Ability to maneuver up to 90 kilograms with equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
