This Community Service Worker position supports adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in a residential setting. You will provide personal care, facilitate daily living activities, support community participation, and maintain the home. The schedule averages 30 hours weekly over two weeks, including varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating
- Implement individual lifestyle plans for clients
- Facilitate daily living activities and community participation
- Complete housekeeping,



laundry, and home maintenance
- Prepare meals and snacks for residents

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education with residential disability-support experience
- Food Safe Certificate required
- Availability for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Good interpersonal skills and fluent English communication
- Criminal background check with vulnerable sector search
