As a Dairy/Frozen Department Manager, you assist the Management Team with supervising the designated department. Your work includes merchandise management, modular integrity, perpetual inventory, ordering, pricing accuracy, food safety, sanitation, customer service, and budget adherence. You support Associates through mentoring, teaching, assigning duties, recognition, supervision, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with supervising department Associates and daily activities
- Order merchandise on time and maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain zero pricing errors through scanning credibility standards




- Follow cold chain, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Resolve complaints and manage returned merchandise professionally

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 16 years
- Adherence to food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to follow temperature recording and calibration standards
- Ability to follow pricing, labeling, and clearance procedures
- Ability to follow department and shrink budgets
