Merchandising Execution Associates complete projects, resets, packdown, and general bay service across multiple departments. The work combines display building, signage maintenance, store-system reporting, and customer assistance. Associates follow merchandising strategies while maintaining strong relationships with store associates and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret planograms, project instructions, and service requirements
- Straighten, clean, and merchandise products for visual appeal
- Build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools
- Install signage, brochures, and display materials
- Complete accurate price, label, and aisle maintenance

Requirements:

- GED or high school diploma equivalent
- One year of relevant working experience
- Basic computer skills with web-based applications
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
