As a Field Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair complex production equipment for Xerox customers. Your work includes technical diagnostics, software loads, installations, removals, retrofits, and remote resolution. You will help maximize equipment availability while meeting established customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair large-scale production equipment
- Perform maintenance, installations, removals, and retrofits
- Manage service calls according to customer SLAs
- Support equipment maintenance and production requirements

Requirements:

- Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience repairing complex electromechanical equipment
- Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and drive frequently
