Serve guests across the Canadian Rockies as a Reservations Agent with CRMR, using accurate communication and hospitality knowledge. This casual position offers approximately one to three shifts weekly.

CRMR operates iconic properties including Buffalo Mountain Lodge, Deer Lodge, Post Hotel & Spa, and Emerald Lake Lodge. You will manage reservations, answer inquiries, recommend accommodations and experiences, and support revenue objectives. The role requires organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to guest inquiries by telephone, email, and other channels
- Create, modify, and confirm accurate reservations and guest information
- Recommend accommodations, packages, services, and surrounding destinations
- Promote upgrades, promotions, packages,



and guest experiences
- Maintain reservation records, communications, and correspondence

Requirements:

- Previous reservations, hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent guest service and telephone communication skills
- Proficient organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
- Opera Cloud or other reservation system experience is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
