Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Outfitter works within a team to create a world class shopping experience. You will evaluate customer needs, recommend products, promote programs, and maintain sales floor standards. Outdoor lifestyle knowledge is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary customer service during customer buying decisions
- Evaluate needs and make appropriate product recommendations
- Promote company programs and promotions
- Maintain signage, recovery, restocking, and sales floor presentation
- Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic
Requirements:
- One or more years in sales or service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to evaluate needs and recommend products
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Outdoor lifestyle or related field experience
