As a seasonal Garden Centre Sales Associate, you will help guests find complete solutions for their purchases. The work includes recommending add-ons, explaining product benefits, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining live plant material. You will also assist with carry-out service and store readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and understand their shopping needs
- Actively sell complete solutions and relevant add-ons
- Explain product advantages and promote sales initiatives
- Water, maintain, and restock live plant material
- Load and unload purchases as required
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable customer service approach
- Passion for sales and product offerings
- Previous retail experience or horticultural knowledge is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility for weekends and holidays
