Deliver polished guest service at MNP Community & Sport Centre in Calgary using qualified communication and a friendly, guest-focused approach. Work opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

As a Guest Services Team Member, you support the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Manager of Sales & Guest Services. You create satisfying guest experiences through membership processing, registrations, telephone support, and facility knowledge. The position requires multitasking, accurate accounts, and courteous responses to complaints. You will also promote programs, conduct facility tours, and assist with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests courteously and exceed their expectations
- Process membership cards, pass sales, and registrations
- Register arriving guests and maintain accurate accounts




- Answer calls and conduct facility tours
- Handle cash, equipment, safety, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

- Availability for opening, closing, weekend, and one weekly shift
- Two to three years of guest services experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Administrative and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience
- CPR Level C and First Aid certification within three months
