As Cashier and Reception Coordinator, you will provide the first professional contact for customers, vendors, and healthcare partners. Ontario Medical Supply distributes medical equipment, supplies, and services across Ontario, partnering with Royal Drugs. The position combines reception, transactions, order pickups, returns, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and direct customers, visitors, vendors, and healthcare partners
- Process payments, receipts, cash drawers, and transaction records
- Coordinate customer order pickups, follow-ups, returns, and documentation
- Maintain visitor logs, access passes, reception areas,



and store organization
- Support merchandising, replenishment, opening, closing, and administrative duties

Requirements:

- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Point-of-sale and Microsoft Office application experience
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand and lift merchandise up to 25 pounds
