The Kids Camp Supervisor directs, organizes, and supervises summer camp programming. This role guides counselors, builds positive camper relationships, and supports healthy, happy kids. Responsibilities include arts and crafts, sports, games, field trips, scheduling, inventory, staff feedback, and program promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise counselors engaging campers in activities and relationships
- Organize arts and crafts, singing, sports, games, and field trips
- Create staff and daily activity schedules
- Maintain inventory and order approved supplies
- Recommend hiring, training, termination, and performance feedback

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One year of summer camp counselor experience
- First Aid Certification
- Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Ability to tolerate loud noises and perform physical activities
