As a Production Team Member, you will prepare bakery items and beverages while supporting guests at the Restaurant Front. Success requires customer service, product knowledge, multitasking, and transparent communication with fellow team members. You will follow operational, sanitation, and safety standards while helping create a clean, welcoming restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare products and record production items and waste
- Follow Always Fresh procedures for coffee and products
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and prompt guest service
- Monitor inventory, temperatures, fridges, and freezers
- Maintain clean, organized, stocked kitchen areas

Requirements:

- Customer service background preferred
- Previous Quick Service experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Friendly and outgoing approach
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
