As a Keyholder, you assist with store operations across Pet Valu’s family of pet retail brands. You recommend products and services for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. You help deliver consistent execution while supporting store goals and community representation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cashier transactions and customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and store paperwork
- Stock pet supplies and other small items
- Open and close the store following procedures
- Assign daily goals when managers are absent

Requirements:

- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Outgoing personality with solid customer service skills
- Ability to lift fifty pounds repetitively
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
