Operate tractors for Clintar’s winter snow and ice clearing team, using safe equipment practices and responding to overnight conditions. This on-call assignment follows winter weather.

Clintar is hiring Tractor Operators for commercial, industrial, and institutional properties during the Winter Season. You will clear snow, move it to designated storage areas, and apply site-specific requirements. The work requires availability on short notice, round the clock, including holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to snow, freezing rain, and ice events
- Safely clear snow and move it to storage areas
- Protect property, vehicles, landscaping, and curbs
- Follow site maps, route books, and LMN instructions
- Report conditions, delays, malfunctions,



hazards, and incidents

Requirements:

- Availability twenty-four hours daily, seven days weekly
- Experience operating farm tractors in snowy conditions preferred
- John Deere 6150 or 5100 tractor experience preferred
- Reliable smartphone with active data plan required
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and valuable driving record
