Join our construction team as a General Labourer, focusing on site preparation, asphalt paving, and utility work. Your role will require physical strength and teamwork on various outdoor job sites.
This position involves performing diverse labour tasks, including excavation, grading, and cleanup. You'll assist equipment operators, manage materials, and maintain safety protocols while directing traffic according to established procedures. As a General Labourer, you'll contribute to road construction and other essential activities under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site preparation and excavation activities
• Assist with asphalt and concrete placement




• Maintain and remove construction materials and signage
• Direct and control traffic safely on job sites
• Spot and guide equipment around active areas
Requirements:
• Previous labour or traffic control experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Solid communication skills and reliability
• Capable of working independently and in a team
