Key Responsibilities:
- Unpackage and prepare stored curd for production
- Maintain curd handling, storage, usage, and inventory records
- Operate, sanitize, and maintain curd handling equipment
- Inspect curd quality, consistency, and compliance
- Support production teams with timely curd supply
Requirements:
- Reliable attendance and accurate form completion
- Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety regulations
- Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication
