This full time, permanent Truck and Coach Technician position supports vehicle and equipment reliability. Responsibilities include repairs, routine maintenance, safety inspections, defective-part replacement, and maintenance records. The schedule may include six or seven days weekly, including Saturdays, based on workload and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and diagnose farm equipment, vehicles, trucks, and trailers
- Change oil and lubricate equipment during routine maintenance
- Replace air and fuel filters as required
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain maintenance records
- Plow, salt,
and remove snow when necessary
Requirements:
- Over five years of Truck and Coach Technician experience
- Truck and Coach Certificate or second- or third-year apprenticeship
- Knowledge of trade-related truck and mechanic tools
- Ability to lift materials up to 23 kilograms
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
