- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, maintaining organized guest records.
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and efficiently, balancing accounts at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area, upholding our brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:





- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but a genuine passion for serving others is key.
