Support Ritchie Bros. auctions as Part-time Yard Staff, handling equipment check-in, check-out, lineup, and sale-day preparation safely.
As part of RB Global, this position supports consigned equipment through the auction process. You will provide customer service to internal and external customers while receiving, processing, displaying, and releasing equipment. The work includes operating equipment, inspecting facilities, and completing basic equipment care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and release consigned equipment for auction
- Line up equipment using auction listings
- Drive and operate heavy and light equipment
- Inspect facilities and complete necessary housekeeping or maintenance
- Set signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day
Requirements:
- Good customer service for internal and external customers
- Valid and clean driver license
- Ability to manage equipment keys
- Ability to check fluid and fuel levels
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
