Reporting to the LPN Team Lead, this Health Care Aide supports residents with personal care, medications, documentation, housekeeping, and individual care participation. The position is with Lac Ste. Anne Foundation at Pleasant View Lodge. Candidates need a Health Care Aide Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and robust written and verbal English communication. A genuine interest in working with seniors and effective interpersonal relationships are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and basic ADL
- Administer prescribed medications according to resident care needs




- Document residents' daily progress clearly and accurately
- Maintain general facility cleanliness during assigned shifts
- Participate in each resident's individual care

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate
- CLHA Practice Permit and insurance
- First Aid Certificate
- Minimum high school diploma and stated additional training
- Level 4 Criminal Record Check and age eighteen requirement
