Work weekend sanitation at Bimbo Canada in Concord, using cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures on a part time schedule.
As a Sanitation Associate, you will complete assigned daily and weekly tasks under the Sanitation Supervisor. The position involves preparing chemicals, cleaning production lines, completing documentation, and maintaining housekeeping. You will also apply OHSA and WHMIS knowledge while supporting sanitation programs and equipment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly sanitation tasks as assigned
- Prepare and utilize sanitation chemicals safely
- Clean lines and maintain general housekeeping
- Complete accurate documentation on time
- Maintain foamers, power washers, vacuums, sanitizers, and scrubbers
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of OHSA health and safety practices
- Ability to follow WHMIS procedures and regulations
- Working knowledge of baking equipment and flour silos
- Ability to lift occasionally greater than 50 pounds
- Ability to work overtime as required
