Lead protected, efficient aircraft arrivals and departures at Skyservice through line service supervision, fuel coordination, and customer service delivery.

The Crew Chief manages daily line service operations while supporting the FBO Manager. This position coordinates workload, monitors crew performance, and ensures standard operating procedures guide ramp and hangar activities. Responsibilities include fuel tasks, aircraft services, training support, and Health and Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage safe, efficient, on-time arrivals and departures
- Ensure line service crews follow standard operating procedures
- Lead fuel tasks and truck daily inspections
- Coordinate workload distribution with the FBO Manager
- Report crew performance and identify retraining needs

Requirements:

- One year of demonstrated excellence in Skyservice line service operations
- Sound judgment and a strong safety orientation
- Inclusive leadership and emotional intelligence
- Restricted Area Pass and AVOP
- Basic computer skills and FBO360 knowledge
