This full-time production role supports accurate, high-quality manufacturing on a Monday-to-Friday indoor line. You will operate assembly tables, inspect materials, move products, and follow workplace safety practices. The facility produces trusses and wall panels using specified processes, production tools, and equipment. Attention to detail, problem solving, communication, and teamwork are central to the work. Previous manufacturing, construction, related experience, or truss plant experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble wooden trusses and wall panels to specifications
- Operate and maintain automated assembly tables and equipment




- Inspect materials and completed products for quality standards
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility
- Support cutting, stacking, shipping preparation, and improvements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing, construction, or related experience is an asset
- Component saw experience is an asset
- Robust attention to detail and quality commitment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and stand
