Use forklift operation and inventory accuracy as a Shipper/Receiver with Carlisle Companies on a unionized production team. No travel is required.

This position supports manufacturing through shipping, receiving, and material handling duties. You will pick and pack orders, load and unload bulk materials, and maintain accurate inventory transactions. The work requires safety awareness, communication, and independent performance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack daily customer orders
- Load and unload bulk raw materials
- Operate scanning guns for inventory transactions
- Place stock in proper locations
- Communicate with carriers and customers about pickups

Requirements:

- Certified or licensed forklift operator
- Two to three years material handling experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Knowledge of WHMIS and GHS procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
