Bring enthusiastic customer service to Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland in Calgary, supporting seasonal family events part time. Help create memorable visits through friendly engagement and accurate transactions.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Seasonal Events Associate supports store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. You will act as Santa’s Elf during the holiday season, facilitate family games, and provide studio-quality Santa photos. The work also includes customer service, point-of-sale systems, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers with friendly, enthusiastic service
- Execute duties associated with Santa’s Wonderland store events
- Facilitate family games and activities during holiday events




- Process payments using debit, credit, gift cards, and cash
- Keep the work area clean, neat, and safe

Requirements:

- One or more years’ sales or service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Ability to use valuable judgment and logic
- Related-field or outdoor-lifestyle experience is an asset
