Support children’s development as an Early Childhood Educator Level II at BrightPath Kids in Mahogany, Alberta. Full time and part-time schedules offer no evenings or weekends.

Working alongside teachers and families, you will help create a home away from home for children. The position includes implementing BrightPath’s curriculum, assessing children’s abilities and needs, maintaining classroom organization, and building collaborative relationships. You will also discuss progress with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement BrightPath’s child development curriculum
- Maintain an environment protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
- Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
- Maintain clean, organized classroom materials

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Level 2 certification or B.Ed. equivalent
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment
