You will maintain solid-dose capsule machines, flexible packaging equipment, and production systems. The work emphasizes preventative maintenance, equipment changeovers, troubleshooting, and reliable communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair capsule encapsulation machines
- Maintain bag fillers and stickpack machines
- Complete equipment changeovers and adjustments
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and monitor performance
- Record repairs, inspections,
and equipment issues accurately
Requirements:
- Required hands-on capsule machine maintenance experience
- Previous food manufacturing maintenance experience
- Practical mechanical troubleshooting and changeover experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Availability Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
