Schlegel Villages is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for 75 hours bi-weekly. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable home workplace while completing repairs and scheduled work across the Village. The position includes plumbing, painting, floor repair, electrical repairs, and heating or cooling system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance requests and routine scheduled work
- Perform plumbing, painting, and floor repair
- Maintain heating and cooling systems
- Support a safe, comfortable resident environment
- Handle supplies, equipment, and personal items respectfully
