Paladin Security seeks a Full-Time Security Guard for Joseph Brant Hospital, a community hospital serving Halton and Hamilton-Wentworth. The position involves hospital patrols, access control, camera monitoring, visitor assistance, incident reporting, and emergency support. Shifts rotate weekly between and , Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rounds through hospital premises, parking areas, and patient rooms
- Operate cameras and alarms, reporting suspicious activity immediately
- Control entry points and restricted-area access
- Respond to emergencies, evacuations,
and security threats
- Document incidents and coordinate with staff and law enforcement
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- One year healthcare security or law enforcement experience
- Fluent English and legal authorization to work in Canada
- Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior certifications
