As Health and Beauty Team Lead, you assist leadership across Health and Beauty, Pharmacy over the counter, and Cosmetics. You respond to inquiries, coordinate priorities, and develop associates through teaching and training. You also help maintain task completion and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and promote products, services, and purchase decisions
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns appropriately
- Coordinate daily Customer Availability process tasks
- Lead team huddles, set goals, and track productivity




- Assess department presentation and execute merchandising changes

Requirements:

- Ability to assist Health and Beauty department leadership
- Ability to coordinate tasks according to communicated priorities
- Ability to teach, train, and provide associate feedback
- Ability to review schedules with the People Lead
- Ability to support protected, clean, hazard-free work areas
