Responsibilities

- Manage customer order orders from beginning to end, including special-order, installation and website orders.
- Ensure customers receive requested products and services accurately and on time.
- Coordinate order-related activities with customers, internal teams, vendors, delivery companies, installers and service providers.
- Assess customer needs and resolve order-related issues professionally.

Compensation and benefits

The pay range is $20.35–$22.10.
