Build inventory management experience with L3Harris WESCAM in Waterdown, Ontario, using process optimization and data tools. This 16-month co-op starts May 2027.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, this co-op supports materials and logistics activities within L3Harris WESCAM. You will work with internal departments, carriers, and freight forwarders while applying inventory control, data management, and process improvement skills. The role offers hands-on experience solving day-to-day logistics challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize reliability, process control, and quality improvement processes
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and inventory control activities
- Receive incoming material and manage material movement
- Support export shipment communication and status updates
- Apply Excel and Access tools to logistics challenges
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university co-op program
- Pursuing supply chain, data science, computer science, information technology, or business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
- Solid planning, organization, communication, and data presentation skills
- Able to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance
