Serve guests at Pursuit during Fall/Winter 2026 with courteous service, wine guidance, and confident management of a full restaurant section.
This full time seasonal Server role supports Pursuit’s restaurants in destination locations. You will answer questions about surroundings, menus, and restaurants while guiding guests through food pairings and sweetness levels. The position also includes training, cleanliness, organization, and daily cash responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous service to all guests
- Answer questions about surroundings, menus, and restaurants
- Guide guests using basic wine and pairing knowledge
- Manage a full section during service
- Secure cash floats and organize storage areas
Requirements:
- One to two years of serving experience
- Pro-Serve qualifications
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude
- Willingness to follow restaurant grooming policy
- Ability to lift fifteen pounds and stand
