This position focuses on institutional cleaning, sanitation, and floor care within senior living residences. You will maintain resident spaces, operate cleaning equipment, and follow established safety procedures. Cogir seeks individuals committed to meaningful work serving residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean apartments and common areas using assigned schedules
- Sanitize furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, lights, vents, and windows
- Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas

Requirements:

- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Previous commercial, residential, healthcare, or laundry experience desirable
- Positive oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
