What You'll Do
- Shift Execution & Cleanliness: Ensure that all back-of-house clean-as-you-go practices, prep line setup, and shift checklists are fully executed during assigned shifts.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including ingredient hold times, labeling (MRDs), proper thawing procedures, and personal uniform/grooming guidelines.
- Team Support & Coaching: Assist in training and coaching team members on station accuracy and speed to ensure excellent shift-level execution.
- Quality Control:
Supervise the food preparation process to guarantee it meets our high-quality food standards and brand specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- A passion for team development and ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule, working weekends is a must.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.00 ? $19.00 per hour. (Full- time)
