You will support patients through check-in, appointments, pre-testing, billing, eyewear services, and daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
- Manage eyewear pickups, repairs, and adjustments
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
