As GM Lead Department Manager, you will assist the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager with department processes. You will help direct associates, complete priorities, support scheduling, and maintain solid customer service. The position is based at 60 Merchant Drive in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with merchandise and purchase decisions
- Direct task completion according to communicated store priorities
- Assess department presentation and execute merchandising display changes
- Delegate and follow up on Customer Availability Process tasks




- Train associates and provide feedback when needed

Requirements:

- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to support General Merchandise and Fashion associates
- Ability to resolve customer issues and refer concerns appropriately
- Ability to support scheduling and store coverage assignments
