Operate OMAX waterjet and Hydmech saw equipment with accuracy at New West Metals in Winnipeg, supporting industrial material orders. Manage production and warehouse priorities.

The CNC Waterjet and Saw Operator runs industrial production saws and waterjet equipment for customer orders. This position requires at least two years operating waterjet equipment, industrial production saws, forklifts, and material handling. You will organize inventory, stage orders, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate documentation. Experience with metric and imperial measurements, metal types and shapes, and CNC or equipment certification is preferred. A minimum grade 12 education or equivalent is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate OMAX waterjet and Hydmech horizontal band saws
- Plan, stage,



and execute customer orders efficiently
- Receive materials and complete receiving documentation
- Prepare, package, and route materials for shipment
- Load and unload semi-trucks using a forklift

Requirements:

- Two years operating waterjet equipment
- Two years operating industrial production saws
- Two years forklift and material handling experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 to 80 pounds regularly
