Welcome guests at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary with solid customer service and POS skills. Work within a high-volume foodservice operation.
As a Stage Bar Host, you will greet and seat guests across foodservice outlets under Front of the House supervision. The position emphasizes exceptional service, fair seating, promotions, menu knowledge, and safe work practices. You will also support food and beverage staff when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly within foodservice outlets
- Monitor and assign seating fairly and consistently
- Review daily specials, promotions, menus, prices, and hours
- Maintain cashier and hostess station supplies
- Communicate issues requiring Front of House assistance
Requirements:
- Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification
- One to two years in high-volume foodservice customer service
- Experience working with POS systems
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Availability for shift work and prolonged standing
