Support residents at Golden Links Lodge in Winnipeg as a Health Care Aide, providing personal care and evening support.

This permanent .4 evening position is part of Nursing and Clinical Support within the Winnipeg Health Region. Working under the unit nurse, you will assist with daily living, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, safety, documentation, and resident-focused care. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide hygiene, skin, hair, nail, and dental care
- Support meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment
- Transfer, position, ambulate, and transport residents safely
- Report health changes and document delivered care

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate required
- Two years accepted registered nursing education may qualify
- One year Health Care Aide experience preferred
- Fluent English speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension required
- Criminal Record and Adult Abuse Registry Checks required
