As a Material Management Aide, you will distribute medical and surgical supplies, equipment, environmental supplies, stationery, lab specimens, and pharmaceuticals. You will manage and replenish unit requirements according to established quotas. The position requires computer knowledge, automated inventory experience, and bilingual English and French proficiency. Unilingual candidates may be considered under the stated conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distribute supplies and equipment to patient areas
- Deliver pharmaceuticals, specimens, and stationery across sites




- Manage unit requirements using established quotas
- Replenish inventory accurately and efficiently
- Support safety and adverse-event prevention practices

Requirements:

- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent
- Medical and surgical supply knowledge
- Automated Inventory Management System experience
- Ten-key data entry at required speed and accuracy
- Valid driver's licence and Ministry driver abstract
