As a Lumber Yard Team Member, you will assist customers with lumber and building material needs. You will verify invoices, maintain stock, and help keep the department clean and safe. Knowledge of building materials is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on lumber and building materials
- Assist customers with safe, efficient product loading
- Check invoices and verify correct products
- Unload trucks, cull lumber, and organize stock
- Complete cleaning, price labelling, and opening duties
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Knowledge of building materials is an asset
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe work setting
- Ability to support opening and closing Yard duties
