Support teachers and students as a Permanent Educational Assistant at North and South Esk Elementary, working 30 hours weekly across the school year.

This permanent position assists teachers with instructional, social, and behavioral objectives planned for students. You will support individuals and groups in classrooms, libraries, shops, laboratories, and other learning environments. The work may include tutoring, supervision, records, teaching aids, transportation, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers with classroom and learning workplace activities
- Support students individually and in groups
- Prepare teaching aids and assemble directed materials
- Supervise students and maintain assigned records
- Provide transportation, hygiene, feeding, and toileting assistance

Requirements:

- High school graduation with approved related training
- Experience or demonstrated ability working with children
- Written and spoken competence in English
- Ability to carry out assigned duties
- Ability to work as part of a team
