Deliver front-line customer service at a Liquor Mart through accurate sales transactions, product assistance, and secure cash handling. This seasonal role supports customers in store.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Courtesy Clerk Seasonal serves customers while processing sales and returns for the public, licensees, vendors, and marketing representatives. You will use Point-of-Sale and inventory computer systems, provide product information, and support store security, stocking, and housekeeping. The role also includes responsible service practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and offer assistance according to established criteria
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately and quickly
- Handle cash, debit, credit cards, and gift cards securely




- Provide product information and package customer orders
- Refuse service to minors and intoxicated persons

Requirements:

- Completed Grade 12 preferred
- Basic cash handling, customer service, and computer knowledge
- Basic mathematical skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to perform essential physical requirements
